The cake was not properly placed in box. Tilted over on its own, I’m guessing it was too fresh and soft. Overall the taste and decor was amazing and we will be coming back!

I ordered the Strawberry Cake. The strawberry cream was perfect! It is on the sweeter side without being overwhelming. It looked great, it's thick and rich, and it's perfect for four to six people-unless you and yours are cake fanatics, you should have a bit left over for the next day. I'll be back for other desserts and cakes for sure.

I have custom ordered 4 cakes within the last month and a half, not to mention going into the store and purchasing 2 additional cakes last minute for events I attended. Chic Sugars is my go to because they do an EXCELLENT JOB EVERY TIME. My birthday was September 7th and I ordered a Chanel bag cake AND a Fendi bag cake and they were ABSOLUTE PERFECTION both cakes were exactly what I wanted and came out even better than the pictures I sent in and the cakes were moist and just delicious my guests haven't stopped raving about both cakes. Nahir is lovely and actually cares about your orders and her team is everything. I can ask questions and change minor details to my custom orders within reason when needed. I am ordering now again for this weekends events as I'm still celebrating my birthday (yes, I'm extra) lol. Try them you won't be disappointed!!

Just AMAZING. First off the design i dont know how they do it it was perfect and everyone loved it. Taste wise i def dont expect a lot with intricate designs but omg even the cake was delicious! Will 100/10 order again
